Badger mole
How to acquire this pet: You can purchase it from the dungeon shop for 200.000 dp or you are lucky and find one while doing a map. The second option is rather unlikely. The chance of finding a badger mole is super tiny. Don't get your hopes up, it won't happen to you
Benefits of this pet: With the badger mole you have a chance to gain 2 instead of 1 dp from kills in dungeons.
Personal opinion: If you clear a lot of maps you must have this pet. It's not optional. The badger mole is the definition of beauty. At level 100 you gain 17-20% extra dp just from kills. (e.g. 1000 mobs killed and 1200 dp earned). On top of that this extra dp is multiplied at the end by the DM bonus, rooms cleared, CR's cleared. You'll love it. You may spend 200000 for the moment but if you consider all that it'll pay off after ~650000 kills [650000*0,2(bonus dp per map)*1,7(estimated bonus from CR's, DM and rooms cleared 70%)]
Wise Owl
How to aquire this pet: You have a 1 in 5 (20%) chance to drop this pet while fighting rats.
Benefits of this pet: This pet contributes [2x owl's level] exp per kill. Minimum amount per kill is 2 exp (level 1) and maximum is 200 exp (level 100) per kill. Experience that is obtained by using this pet doesn't scale with your or the guilds exp boost but it does scale with double. So the limit of the owl is 400 exp per kill (Level 100 + double running).
Personal opinion: As a new player you don't want to get the owl to level 100. The owl is one of the least efficient pets if you do that. This pets purpose is gaining some extra experience. It would take millions of kills with a level 100 owl to get the exp back that you invested into getting it to level 100. I personally gave it 25% of my experience till it hit level 50. Then I switched the tax to 1 % till the 1% exp I gave to my pet was more than the exp that my owl gave me. At that point I stopped leveling it (level 69). I used it for another 1 mil kills so that's about 125.000.000 exp for free.. It's not a huge advantage for 1,3 mil kills but a noticeable difference
Raven
How to aquire this pet: First, you have to build the "Bust Of Pallas" in the study (house). The study can be build at construction level 15 but the Pallas requires level 25. When built, the raven will appear randomly while doing a house job.
Benefits of this pet: It increases your chance of finding gems.
Personal opinion: This pet became pointless when they introduced gem statues.
